­Riverside Court Condominiums is located at 6300 & 6320 Riverside Dr. (formerly Ackel St.) near the I-10 Power Blvd. exit.  The 198 unit complex is comprised of 19 residential & 2 maintenance buildings.

Some of the units are owner occupied while others are owned by investors who offer their units for rent.  Rentals are handled by those owners or their representative.   The condominium office can answer general questions but is only responsible for the resources & maintenance of the property in common to all units.  Pool use & parking privileges require passes issued by the condominium office.

There is a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats & town-homes. Every unit has it’s own separate central A/C - heat pump unit.  There are two laundry rooms, two 32’ x 16’ 20,000 gallon saltwater swimming pools and 2 maintenance buildings.  Building insurance & staple utilities (electric, water, sewerage & dumpster service) are paid by Riverside from the collection of condo fees.  (If you are renting this is included in your rent.)   Condo fees are currently about 41-42 cents per square foot and includes all staple utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewage & dumpster service). Gas is only used in the laundry rooms for the dryers and in the boiler rooms for supplying hot water on the complex.
