Formation of Committees and initial Meeting

Time Friday, Feb. 10 from 6pm to 7pm

Place, Board Room, directly across the driveway from the on site office.

Open to all resident owners who are willing to volunteer their time for the improvement of the Riverside Community

The meeting will be an informal meeting for those interested homeowners who want to form committees for the parking lot, the new resident rules, finance or unit inspections with management.

Also needed are interested owners to become den parents in their particular buildings so we can address the everyday problems ex. problem residents/owners,

windows broken,  soffit/facia damage, roof leaks, and fines.
