Return of Deposits

Deposits shall be returned as provided under the law.  LA Statues 9:3251 > 9:3253

Upon move out any applicable deposit under the law shall be returned within one month via US Mail to the forwarding address given by tenant. 

A statement of account shall be included. 

The move out date shall be determined by return of the keys or other acceptable documentation provided by tenant.  In the case of an eviction, if necessary, the move out date may be determined by the constable.
