Short term rentals in single family zoning is a violation of parish ordinances

Eden Isles, Clipper Estates, Moonraker Island and most of Oak Harbor are zoned single family residential and enforced by the St. Tammany Code Enforcement department. Do not allow anything else.

Unsupervised short term rentals (micro hotels) are commercial ventures that create safety issues and damage the character of our neighborhoods. Please report violations to code enforcement - your report is their way of knowing a violation has taken place.
