Attention Residents

Effective Immediately

Due to the recent increase of dog attacks, insurance companies are no longer writing policies to homeowners, condominium associations, or apartment complexes that have aggressive breed dogs on the property.  Per our Liability Insurance Policy, effective immediately the following breed of dogs are no longer allowed on the property:

Pit Bulls, K-9/ German Shepards, Rotweilers, Doberman Pinchers or other aggressive breeds.

We realize that pets are just like family members; however, we can no longer carry the responsibility or liability for these breeds.  In addition, all pet owners must register their pets with the office no later than Thursday May 29, 2014.  You must also provide proof of liability insurance on your pet (NO EXCEPTIONS).  Please be advised that the fine for any aggressive breed is $1000.00 and the unit will be reported to the Louisiana SPCA per our liability company.

If you have any questions or concerns in reference to this matter please feel free to contact the office management staff and we will be glad to assist you in this matter.

Thank you,
