Originally constructed as the Berkshire Apartments in 1974 at 6200/6220/6300/6320 Ackel St., the complex was converted to Condominiums in 1984 as Riverside (Phases I and II). Riverside Phase I (6200/6220 Riverside Dr.) is known as the Victorian Condominiums and Riverside Phase II (6300/6320 Riverside Dr.) is simply referred to as Riverside Court Condominiums. Victorian & Riverside are separate complexes related only by its original developer.
2005 Notes: Although the “CONDO doc’s” contain a lot of “dry” non-applicable history, the by-laws, declaration of percentages of ownership, etc. remain applicable today.
